Sunday Mornings @ 9:30 AM - Discovery Land Kids

Our Discovery Land offers lessons for nursery aged children through sixth grade. On Sunday mornings, kids participate in a review game and then transition to worship. They then engage in Discovery Time which helps them create, act out, and apply concepts they will learn during the Bible lesson. Our Bible lessons center around our 4 Rights Biblical Worldview, engage kids in using their Bibles and go through a three year cycle of the entire Bible. Students are memorizing one of our top twelve scripture passages and learning how to apply them. They also learn the gospel message through our wordless book, which also helps give them an easy tool to share the gospel with others. Once a quarter, students engage in an in depth mission lesson.

Family Services - Last Sunday of the Month

On the last Sunday of each month, kids join their families in the worship center for our fellowship brunch and service. Children are welcomed, celebrated, and even serve as greeters, ushers, and worship leaders. The message is kid-friendly, and activity packs help them engage through art and creativity.

What to Expect

  • Safe environment with secure check in  and check out systems and security team
  • Our spaces are clean and sanitized and with only one service toys are not used multiple times but cleaned during the week for the following week.
  • Our volunteers are properly screened and receive training 3 times a year
  • At 9:15 students may enter our spaces so parents have time to visit and grab a coffee
  • After check-in nursery and pre school students go directly to their classes for play time then worship and their Bible lessons.
  • After check-in K-5 Students will engage in:
    • Pre-service review Game/ then Worship: reviewing Biblical truths in a fun way then music, dance and hand motions and unpacking why we worship.
    • Discover Time: experiments, obstacle courses, games, art projects and challenges that help students apply the Bible lesson.
    • Bible lesson-Both Old testament and New testament so that the whole Bible is covered in various lessons on a three year cycle. Hands on and interactive but always with Bibles open
    • Post lesson review game-chance to review the lesson and earn our rewards system Tracker Tickets
  • OUTSIDE as much as possible when the weather is nice.
  • Once a month we have our Discovery Land store where students can save, donate or spend money using tickets they have earned on all kinds of prizes.

Wednesday Night

Our Rocky Kids Club is offered every Wednesday from 3:30-6:00 PM. Our kiddos enter our spaces for a bit of free time and games then transition into large group worship time and devotional. They then rotate through four stations centered around our Bible lesson and theme for the night. We conclude our evening with pizza dinner and a Bible show and or game until parent pick up.
